Helping you maintain healthy gums and teeth is our top priority. We work in this endeavor by offering thorough checkups and cleanings for every member of your family. Our dental health team will give valuable advice on how to care for oral health and hygiene at home.
Preventative Dentistry
Preventive dentistry refers to taking proper care of your teeth and gums to keep them healthy, so that you can keep your mouth away from bad breath and more serious dental problems. By regularly keeping proper oral hygiene practices (brushing, flossing, and the use of dentist-recommended oral rinses), cavities, gum disease, enamel wear, sensitivity issues, and many more dental problems can be avoided.
Periodontal Cleaning
Standard cleaning is recommended at least twice in a year. In case you haven’t had a cleaning for more than a year, periodontal cleaning may be required, which may include Scaling and Root Planing (ERP or deep cleaning), gingival irrigation with gum medicine and polishing of teeth.
The dentist can provide advice on which treatments can help you avoid preventable dental problems as you age. Regular cleaning of tartar and plaque is an essential aspect of taking good care of your teeth. Once you schedule an appointment for routine hygiene treatment, we can clean the gum line by removing the accumulated tartar. We will educate you on the proper techniques for flossing and brushing so that you can maintain your proper oral hygiene at home.
Laser Gum Treatment
If your teeth were thought to be untreatable due to periodontal disease, the doctor can use the advanced method of laser treatment to save your teeth. The gum pocket can be gently cleansed of diseased tissue and harmful bacteria with a laser light. Your teeth will get more stable due to improved gum pockets and the area will naturally heal.
Dental Fillings
Dental feelings are used in the treatment of dental decay, repair cracked or broken teeth and teeth that have been worn-out over time. At Perfectly Bright Smiles, we do not use unhealthy, unaesthetic silver fillings. If your tooth is cracked, decayed or fractured, we can repair it with a tooth-colored filling that matches the color of your teeth and looks natural.
TMJ Appliance
Temporomandibular Joint and Muscle Disorder (TMJD) is often misunderstood and is a complex condition which hinders jaw movement and causes pain in the jaw joint area and muscles. The disorder can affect one TM joint or both, and it can have negative effects on the patient’s eating, chewing, swallowing, speaking and even breathing abilities.

A mouth guard is a vital tool for every athlete and sports enthusiast. Night guards are also recommended for people who grind their teeth while asleep to prevent risk of TMJD. We offer customized mouth guards according to your needs.
